تتيح الواجهة للجهات المشتركة إرسال ملفاتها للترجمة مباشرة من أنظمتها، ومتابعة الحالة، وتحميل عرض السعر والملفات المسلَّمة. يصدر المكتب لكل جهة مفتاحاً خاصاً يبدأ بـ tl_، ويُرسَل في ترويسة كل طلب.
Subscribers can submit documents for translation from their own systems, track status and download the quote and the delivered files. Each organisation receives a private key (prefix tl_) sent as a Bearer token.

الرد: {"id": "20261015-1a2b3c4d", "status": "new"}. وعند رفض ملف يأتي الرد بالسبب واسم الملف، مثل {"error": "bad_type", "file": "x.exe"} – الرموز: bad_type، file_too_large، too_large، too_many، no_file.

Statuses: new → quoted → approved → in_progress → delivered (or rejected). Quotes for subscribers are deducted from the monthly word balance on approval.
